No matter how long you want to stay, Flexistay accommodation offers significantly better value than hotels, but with all the facilities that make you feel right at home.
If you’re staying for a few days or weeks, choose an apart-hotel.
If you’re staying for a few weeks or months, choose a serviced apartment.
Flexistay Apart-Hotels
Your own lockable room with all the facilities you’d expect, including TV, work desk and free Internet access.
- Regular rooms have an en suite bathroom and shared kitchen
- Budget rooms have a shared bathroom and shared kitchen
Some of our apart-hotels include a free all-day self-service breakfast; some provide free satellite TV including sport and movie channels. Common areas are cleaned daily, including kitchens. Bedrooms are cleaned every one or two days. A member of staff is on site every day.
Minimum stay = 1 night.

Flexistay Serviced Apartments
Fully furnished properties equipped with Internet access.
- Full apartments have their own bathroom and kitchen
- Shared accommodation with individually rented rooms, shared kitchen and possibly shared bathroom
All include maid service at least once a week, for cleaning and changing towels and bed linen. All bills are included; there’s nothing extra to pay.
Minimum stay = 1 week.
